Apollo 13

I have seen this film maybe 15 times and every time I watch it I am struck by what a brilliant piece of work it is. The casting was spot on, every actor is perfect for their part. I love the writing, acting and direction, the editing is masterful. I don't know if there were any awards, I don't keep up with that stuff, I just know every time I watch it I hold my breath those long 4 minutes, hoping the crew will reappear on the screen even though I certainly know the outcome already. To me this film is just that good.
